Summary
Service design is important for organizations that work according to ITIL®. The continued improvement of services with the Service Lifecycle of IT Service Management requires a thorough design process. Prerequisites
The certificate is a follow-on after gaining the ITIL® Foundation in Service Management (possibly in combination with Bridge). You followed your training with an EXIN-accredited trainer.
